Vegetable stock, Coconut milk, Laksa Curry Paste, Hokkien Noodles, Mushrooms, Tofu puffs, Vermicelli Noodles, Green beans, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Vegetable cooking oil, Salt, Lemongrass, Ginger, Fried shallots, Spring onion, Garlic, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
INSTRUCTIONS: On stovetop bring the broth to boil. Reheat rice noodle in microwave for 30 seconds, place all the ingredients and garnish on the noodle bowl and pour the hot broth on top. 350ml broth per bowl.
