Thai flavours of kaffir lime, lemongrass, chilli, coriander and a few extra secret spices. This is a favourite amongst all, not just a vegetarian or vegan. Loaded with vegies and brown rice, its a perfectly balanced vegan meal. *** While every effort is made to ensure there is no gluten present, we do use gluten in our kitchen and traces may be found*** Empty meal into a pot and warm gently until simmering. Serve with fluffy white rice.
