We’ve pulled this recipe from the archives and bring you our succulent pulled pork shoulder. 500g. Its slow cooked overnight for 14 hours on a low temperature, then pulled apart with ease and mixed back with the sauce from the cooking. The meat is ready for you, all you have to do is heat it up. No mess, no worrying about cooking overnight. No under cooking, or over cooking. Just heat, and serve. A suggestion perhaps: Try it with our Noodle Slaw, or Mexican Quinoa Salad, perfectly matched.
Meat Me! Our Zucchini Pickle goes well with all meats, cheese, and our veggie patties! Its a welcome addition to our condiment range. Spread some onto your sandwich with some cold meats or hot pulled meats! You will thank us later!
Very traditional style, but better. A fan favourite for sure. Light and Tangy in flavour. We love this one our Saturday Scrambled eggs. Goes great in a toasted sandwich, or with a slice of ham.
Beef Ribs – slow cooked for 14 hours. Once these ribs a reheated they will fall off the bone, meat is tender and succulent – to die for. Approx weight is 1KG! There will be at least 3 ribs (one piece) in the bag. All you need to do is drop the bag into a pot of simmering water for 15-20 mins, and your work is done. Add these to the basket.
