Chickpea, Japanese Pumpkin, Vegetable stock, Canned tomatoes, Greek yoghurt, Green peas (fresh), Red onion, Fresh Spinach, Lebanese cucumber, Sunflower oil, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Fresh ginger, Fresh Coriander, Fresh garlic, Rice wine vinegar, Curry powder, Cumin powder, Fresh turmeric, Garam Masala, Mustard seed, Chilli powder.
Preparation and storage notes
1. Heat curry in oven 160C for 35-40 mins 3. Serve rice topped with curry and garnished with labneh
