Cinnamon powder, Beef neck, Lebanese cucumber, beef stock, Coconut milk, Rice wine vinegar, Sunflower oil, Fresh galangal, Peanut, Red Chilli, eschalots, Lemongrass, Garlic, Cumin powder, Cardamom powder, Nutmeg, Fish sauce, Cloves, Coriander powder, Cinnamon stick

CONTAINS: Fish, Peanut.

Preparation and storage notes

1. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer. Place sealed cryovac bags of Curry and Rice in hot water.
2. Gently heat for 15 mins or until hot. Safely remove from pot and allow to cool slightly before handling.
3. Serve Massaman over rice with a side of chilli cucumbers and garnish with peanuts.

Alternatively items can be heated via microwave.
