Chicken Ragu

Apparently Italians never eat chicken with pasta, once you try this sauce with our gnocchi or pappardelle you will wonder why? This pasta uses pinot red wine and tomato base like a beef ragu.

Chicken leg fillets, beef stock, Red wine, Pasta (Wheat, Egg), Tomato Sugo - Napoli [Canned tomatoes, Onion brown, Fresh basil, Garlic], Onion brown, Bacon, Parmesan cheese (Milk), Thyme, Carrot, Tomato paste, Olive oil, Fresh garlic, Celery, Butter (Milk), Plain flour (Wheat), Salt, Black Peppercorn, Bay leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Pour contents into a medium saucepan. Reheat over a low-medium heat until hot and bubbling. Serve with your favourite pasta!
