Tender Chicken Breast crumbed in a delicious Halloumi, Lemon and Dill Breadcrumb. Not only delicious but also Gluten Free. These are accompanied by our Creamy Mash Potato and a rockin' Slaw with Chiptole Aioli. Best served with a Lager style beer!

Ingredients
Potato, Chicken Breast, Breadcrumb, Cream, Red cabbage, Cabbage, Eggs, Red capsicum, Parmesan cheese, Red onion, Butter, Plain flour, Lemon zest, Dill, Parsley, Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
1. Heat schnitzel in oven @ 160C until warmed through 2. Heat mash in unopened cryovac in a pot of boiling water or in open bag in microwave 3. Add dressing to slaw 4. Serve with a dry white or crisp larger beer
