Japanese Curry Ramen with Katsu Chicken
A flavour packed curry broth, crispy chicken topping, ramen noodles, pickled ginger & shallot topping and soft boiled egg.

Chicken Stock, egg noodle, Chicken Breast, Baby spinach, Breadcrumb, Spring onion, Mirin, Eggs, Soy sauce, Chilli bean paste, Pickled ginger.
Preparation and storage notes
1. Place Katsu Chicken in 160 degree oven to heat through about 5-10 mins. 2. Meanwhile, in a medium sized saucepan bring ramen broth to a boil. 3. Place ramen noodles in desired bowl, pour over with boiled broth and serve with accompaniments and heated chicken.
