House Smoked Salmon and Chive Pasta Sauce
This is a beautiful dish at anytime of the year. We house smoked salmon, which is accompanied by chives, lemon, cream and peas. Available as a two and four person serves.

Ingredients

Cream, Tasmanian Salmon, leek, White wine, Butter, Lemon, Chives, Green peas (fresh), Saffron.

Preparation and storage notes

Heat gently in an unopened bag in a pot of simmering water. Alternatively heat gently in a pan oven moderate heat, then add cooked pasta and coat. Serve immediately.
