Foraged feasts
These spunky little canapes/light meals showcase exactly what fun you can have with scraps! What we serve up depends on what we can grab from backyards, from our own food prep and from our network of lovely hospitality providers. Previous menu items have included: Wild green and onion weed spanakopita Nose to tail red cooked daikon with pickled daikon peel, sesame daikon leaf and miso made from Lune croissants Sliders with 'crazy meat': a vegan 'pulled pork' made with banana peel Cured salmon wings with backyard rhubarb and orange koshi Nastursium leaf dolmades Carrot peel and sprite kim chi Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements. Five bite size snacks per head. Min order for 20 heads.
