Cheesy Curried Cauliflower Pie
Amazing vegetarian pie option to have in the freezer! I roast the cauliflower with curry powder and combine the florets with a creamy silky béchamel sauce made with mature cheddar and English mustard. To finish, I wrap puff pastry around it and voila! It's to die for! --------- 700g - serves 2
Ingredients
Milk, Cauliflower, Puff pastry, Cheddar, Butter, Flour, Hot english mustard, Lemon, Garlic powder, Curry powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 220C and remove plastic. Place frozen pie in the oven and cook for approximately 50 minutes or until the pastry in golden & crunchy and the filling is bubbling.
