A classic dish from the Mediterranean, mousakka is classic comfort food. It consists of layers of pan fried eggplant and potatoes, a thick, rich mince and tomato sauce and a finished with a creamy bechamel sauce.

Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid and place Moussaka in a pre heated oven (180 degrees) or until hot.
