Our Beef Bolognese is a rich, slow-simmered sauce made from scratch. It starts with finely sautéed onions, carrots, and celery, then comes the ground beef, browned until it develops a deep, savoury finish. A splash of stock loosens all those caramelised pieces, adding that depth of flavour. Simmered low and slow creates something hearty, aromatic, and irresistibly comforting. Spoon it over our fresh spaghetti or rigatoni for maximum saucy cling. Finish with a snowfall of Parmigiano Reggiano, and you’ve got a dish that’s rustic, luxurious, and guaranteed to make the whole kitchen smell like pure comfort. 500gm serves 2-3

Preparation and storage notes

Heating Instructions:

Microwave Instructions - Peel & Remove plastic lid and place in the Microwave. Heat for 3-4 mins.

Pot / Stove - Add sauce to small saucepan with half a cup of water and heat to slow simmer. Heat for 3-4 mins
