Roasted Vegetable Ragu (V)
A warming ragu made with mushrooms, red wine and tomato, topped with pecorino. Goes well with our Handmade Potato Gnocchi or Creamy Potato Mash.

Ingredients
Portobello mushrooms, Mushrooms, Carrot, Tomato paste, Onion, Pecorino, Olive oil, Celery, Breadcrumbs, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Black pepper, Fennel seeds, Dried oregano, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated & use within 4 days. Product can be frozen for up to 3 months. 1. Do NOT remove ragu from bag. 2. Place in pot of cold water and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
