Rendang Chicken Curry (DF)
Roasted spices and aromatics combined with coconut and chicken cooked on the bone. Add some of our fluffy jasmine rice to complete the dish. Serve with some yoghurt or pickled cucumber to make it more family friendly!
Ingredients
Coconut milk, Chicken thighs, Galangal, Red chilli, Lemongrass, Tamarind paste, Salt, Sambal oelek, Ginger, Turmeric, Olive oil, Eschallots, Sugar, Garlic, Star anise, Macadamias, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom pod, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated & use within 4 days. Product can be frozen for up to 3 months. 1. Do NOT remove curry from bag. 2. Place in pot of cold water and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
