Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Dukkah (VG/GF)
Winter pumpkins roasted with spices and finished with crunchy dukkah. Plant based and seasonal! Goes well with our locally baked sourdough rolls.

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Pumpkin, Chilli Flakes, Onion, Lemon (zest), Olive oil, Garlic, Parsley, Mint, Coriander, Ground cumin, Ground coriander, Smoked paprika.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated & use within 4 days. Product can be frozen for up to 3 months. 1. Do not remove soup from bag. 2. Place bag in pot of cold water and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
