Fish and Prawn Pie

This was the last dish to get finalised for this menu! We tried so many variations on fish dishes that transport well and reheat well in a combination of microwave or oven, or even air frier and it turns out that Fish and prawn Mornay won - BUT we already had tuna mornay as a firm favourite and didn't want to have two mornay dishes on the menu! But never fear - we kept testing and turns out fish and prawn in a cheesy sauce is always good - but topping it with mash and cheese was even better than the mornay! So here we are! :-)

Ingredients

Mashed Potato [Potatoes, Milk, Butter (Milk), Salt], White fish, Prawns (Crustacean), Cream (Milk), Peas, Flour (GF), Butter (Milk), Meyer lemon, Parsley, Nutmeg, Salt, Black pepper

CONTAINS: Crustacean, Fish, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for 1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen sauce if needed.
