Chicken with mushroom gravy
As I type this it occurs to me how many recipes we have that use mushrooms. As a child I was a devout mushroom hater. It was only later in life that I have slowly (very slowly!) added them into meals that I eat regularly. One way is in a creamy sauce like in a stroganoff, or like this in a rich gravy. This is simple, comfort in a bowl.
Ingredients
Beef Stock, Chicken thighs, Mashed Potato (Potatoes, Milk, Butter, Salt), Broccolini, Mushrooms, Onion, Peas, Flour (GF), Butter, Olive oil, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Salt, Garlic, Garlic powder, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for 1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen if needed.
