Spinach and Three Cheese Roll Gluten Free
This is our answer to the Sausage roll - for vegetarians! It is always hard to find a really good, juicy, and tasty "sausage" roll option if you are not a fan of meat! Add to that the challenge of finding one that is Gluten Free! We have worked and tweaked this recipe until we are happy with it and here it is - finally! Have as a snack on its own, with mash and veggies as a meal, or a salad for a lighter option. We think you are going to love it!
Ingredients
Baby spinach, Ricotta, Puff pastry (GF), Feta, Parmesan, Eggs, Nutmeg, Salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 mins if Frozen, 15 mins if thawed. 10 mins in an Air Fryer at 200 degrees Celsius is recommended.
