Chinese Beef and Broccoli with Cauli Rice

This Chinese take out classic but made in the slow cooker so the flavour has time to really develop. The broccoli is like a sponge so it absorbs so much flavour and are actually my favourite bits in this - but my partner loves the beef, so it kind of works out perfectly! :-) Serve with Cauliflower Rice.

Broccoli, Beef Rump, Cauliflower, Water, Soy sauce (GF), Oyster sauce (GF) (Mollusc, Soy), Canola Oil, Ginger, Cornflour (GF), Sake, Sesame oil, Sugar, Black pepper

CONTAINS: Mollusc, Soy, Sesame.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen if needed.
