24 Hour Slow Cooked V2 "Beef" Bolognese with Spaghetti

When I lived in Italy I learned a few things, one was that this is not how Italians make Bolognese! The other was that food slowly and lovingly cooked tastes a million times better. This is our 24 hour slow cooked Bolognese Sauce. Great on pasta, zoodles, roast potatoes, and even in a toastie!

Spaghetti pasta (Wheat), Canned Tomatoes, Plant based Mince (Soy), Lentil, Onion, Red wine, Carrots, Celery, Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Olive oil, Beef bouillon cube, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Cracked black pepper, Dried bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

If thawed, microwave for 2 mins on high, stir and then repeat for another 30 seconds if needed until warmed to your preference. If frozen, microwave on high for 5 mins, stir then repeat for another 30 seconds at a time. Stir well and serve when well heated through.
