Chicken Cacciatore and Pasta

This is an Italian classic hinter dish, simmered low and slow so the skin on chicken thighs are tender and fall apart with a rich aroma from the tomato and garlic sauce. Tends to have kalamata olives traditionally, but I love it with big juicy green Scillian's! Add your choice of Mash or pasta in the sides to make this a full meal.

Spaghetti pasta (Wheat), Chicken Thigh Cutlet, Canned Tomatoes, Broccoli, Capsicum, Onion, Chicken stock, Dry white wine, Tomato paste, Sicilian Olives, White wine vinegar, Olive oil, Parsley, Garlic

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen if needed
