Chinese Beef and Broccoli with Rice

This Chinese take out classic but made in the slow cooker so the flavour has time to really develop. The broccoli is like a sponge so it absorbs so much flavour and are actually my favourite bits in this - but my partner loves the beef, so it kind of works out perfectly! :-) Served with Steamed Jasmine rice.

Jasmine rice, Beef Rump, Broccoli, Water, Sake, Soy sauce (GF), Oyster sauce (GF) (Mollusc, Soy), Canola Oil, Ginger, Cornflour (GF), Sesame oil, Sugar, Black pepper

CONTAINS: Mollusc, Soy, Sesame.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for 1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen if needed.
