Spaghetti Boscaiola Gluten Free

This dish is my go-to when I am craving creamy pasta. It is not overly creamy as we use a trick that I learned in Italy to use half a cup of the pasta water to thicken the sauce rather than more cream. The addition of bacon, peas and mushrooms makes it a regular tasty favourite in this house for our family dinner. This version is made with Gluten Free Spaghetti.

Gluten free pasta, Thickened Cream (Milk), Bacon, Brown mushrooms, Garlic

CONTAINS: Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the lid before heating. If defrosted microwave for 1 min, if frozen microwave for 2 mins. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at time until heated to your desired temperature. Add a little water to loosen if needed.
