Panko Crumbed Fish with Sweet Potato Chips and Tartare

Served with sweet potato chips and our tartare sauce. We use whatever fish the fishmonger says is the best at the time (its whiting in the picture but lately Ling has been really great!). We crumb it in a crunchy panko crumb then bake it till its crispy. Served with the sweet potato chips as a slightly healthier option than potato chips but it still gives the classic fish and chips feel and a side of peas!

Preparation and storage notes

Remove from packaging before heating. If frozen, 7 mins in an air fryer at 200C, otherwise heat in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 mins. If thawed, reduce cook time to 5 mins in the air fryer and 10 mins in the oven.
