Rolled Turkey Breast with Sage and Cranberry Stufifng
Juicy turkey breast wrapped around sage and cranberry stuffing, cooked in the sous vide (food bath!) to ensure a juicy consistency then quickly seared to get a nice sear on the outside. Served with a range of seasonal veggies and a pan gravy.
Ingredients
Turkey, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green beans, Broccoli, Panko, Carrots, Butter, Sage, Dried cranberries, Kosher Sea salt, Garlic powder, Paprika Ground, Black pepper, Dried thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
If thawed microwave for 2 mins, stir and then repeat for another 30 seconds if needed. If frozen, microwave for 6 mins, stir then repeat for another 30 secs at a time until well heated through.
