Lamb Korma with Rice
This curry is rich with coconut cream and cashews, gently spiced and mildly sweet. It’s family-friendly and easy to love. Serve it with Basmati Rice and homemade Naans to make a delicious feast.
Ingredients
Lamb, Basmati rice, Onion, Chicken stock, Coconut cream, Thickened Cream, Water, Butter, Ghee, Cashew nuts, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Garam masala, Kosher Sea salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Turmeric, Fresh coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
If thawed, microwave for 2 mins on high, stir and then repeat for another 30 seconds if needed until warmed to your preference. If frozen, microwave on high for 5 mins, stir then repeat for another 30 seconds at a time. Stir well and serve when well heated through.
