Teriyaki Beef Bowls

This is a firm family favourite in our house. A warm bowl of Teriyaki beef, on rice, served with steamed Edamame. What the kids don't know if the beef is also hiding some grated carrot and zucchini! Shhhh - they don't need to know! We use the Mirin, soy and Sake brought to us by our brother-in-law who lives in Japan. This gives an authentic taste to this non authentic version of Teriyaki! Served on Sushi Rice, this is a tasty bowl of yum!

Preparation and storage notes

Store in Fridge for 4 days, freezer for 3 months. Reheat with a dash of water to make the beef juicy.
