The secret to this pasta, like our prawn risotto is the house seafood stock made with the prawn shells and real fish. It gives a depth of flavour that you can't get with just ordinary old stock and elevates this to a "lil' bit spesh" meal! :-)

Prawns (Crustacean), House Seafood Stock (Fish), Cherry tomatoes, Pasta Fettuccine (Wheat), Dry white wine, Extra virgin olive oil, Meyer lemon, Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Red chilli, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Remove lid before heating. Microwave uncovered on medium power for 2–4 minutes if thawed, or 6–8 minutes if frozen, until heated through. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Add a little water to loosen the sauce if needed.
