Crushed tomato, Cauliflower, Rice, Potato, Eggplant, Chickpea, Local Green Beans, Onion diced, Water, Ginger, Chilli flakes, Lemon juice, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Coriander fresh, Salt, Mustard seeds, Garlic powder.

Preparation and storage notes

Pierce film four times and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Remove film and enjoy. Caution contents may be hot.
