We all know how much you love our satay however we thought we would mix it up and pair our own satay sauce with slow cooked beef and plenty of vegetables. A perfect dish served with rice and Greek yoghurt! * Please note: our meals are made fresh daily however due to demand, you may receive your meals fresh or frozen.

diced beef, brown onion, zucchini, carrot, Chicken stock, coconut cream, broccoli, capsicum red, peanut, spinach, Coconut Sugar, tamari (Soy), Olive oil, lime juice, Garlic fresh, Ginger, sea salt

CONTAINS: Peanut, Soy.

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 4 minutes.
Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve: With pasta or side of your choice.
