chicken mince, potato, sweet potato, tasty cheese, zucchini, carrot, brown rice, egg, brown onion, milk, tamari, butter, sea salt, Olive oil, Breadcrumbs (GF).
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: Remove desired amount and heat on medium for 40 seconds. Oven: Place on tray, warm on 170 deg for 15 mins. Freeze: Can be frozen for up to two months.
