Meal for One-Butter Chicken and Vegetables with Rice-(Gluten Free/Dairy Free

Ingredients
chicken thigh diced, Individual Butter Chicken- (white rice), coconut cream, zucchini, carrot, brown onion, Chicken stock, tomato paste, lemon juice, spinach, garam masala, garlic, brown rice, turmeric ground, Olive oil, cumin dried, coriander dried, ginger ground, paprika, sea salt, cardamon.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave (if defrosted): Remove lid and warm on medium power heat for approximately 3 minutes. Microwave (if frozen): Defrost overnight in fridge and heat as above when defrosted.
