Meal For One- Balinese Chicken Curry with Caramelised Pineapple
We have always made our satay chicken dish however we have made that one for the whole family. This curry however does have a little more heat and a few different flavours, when paired with the caramelised pineapple, make this a winner!!! * Please note: this meal may arrive fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
chicken thigh diced, pineapple, pumpkin, capsicum red, coconut cream, tomato, brown onion, bok choy, spinach, peanut, Olive oil, lime juice, Ginger, Red chilli, garlic, Coriander ground, turmeric ground, cumin dried, fennel, cinnamon, cardamon, white rice, black pepper, clove.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 4 minutes. Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve: With rice or side of your choice.
