Meal for One-Healthier Beef Lasagna and Vegetables
Our popular lasagne has been a family favourite for over a year now. Loaded with hidden vegetables and layered with our own cauliflower white sauce, it makes it a lighter yet still delicious lasagne. * Please note: this meal may arrive fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
cauliflower, beef mince, lasagna sheets, diced tomatoes, carrot, brown onion, tasty cheese, zucchini, Mixed Vegetables (carrot, Green Beans), tomato paste, celery, Olive oil, Garlic fresh, sea salt, garlic, balsamic, oregano, black pepper, nutmeg.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave (if defrosted): Remove lid and warm on medium power heat for approximately 3 minutes. Microwave (if frozen): Defrost overnight in fridge and heat as above when defrosted.
