Slow Cooked Beef Massaman Curry-(Gluten Free/Dairy Free)
(Sides not included) Using diced beef and our own bone broth, we slow cook it for over 8 hours to give you a rich and nourishing meal. We also add in lots of veggies because a dish, isn't a dish, if it doesn't have veggies. Perfect served with brown or jasmine rice. * Please note: this meal may arrive fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
diced beef, potato, beef stock, zucchini, Red onion, coconut cream, spinach, Fish sauce, Coconut Sugar, lemongrass, cumin dried, Cumin ground, coriander, Coriander ground, Garlic fresh, lime juice, French Shallots, Red chilli, sea salt, Olive oil, cinnamon, White Pepper, galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, cardamon, nutmeg, Shrimp Paste.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 4 minutes. Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve: With rice or side of your choice.
