Vietnamese Chicken Curry-(Gluten Free/Dairy Free)
An incredible curry made from over 20 spices, yet not spicy! It hasn't left our menu since Meraki started! * Please note: this meal may arrive fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
chicken thigh diced, sweet potato, Meraki Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken necks, Chicken Wings, carrot, brown onion, celery, black pepper, bay leaves), Red onion, coconut cream, Fish sauce, turmeric ground, spinach, lemon juice, star anise, cinnamon, Garlic fresh, garlic powder, lemongrass, fennel, Coconut Sugar, Olive oil, cumin dried, Coriander ground, bay leaves, Kaffir lime leaves, clove, White Pepper, nutmeg.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave or stovetop: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 2 minutes (microwave) and 5 mins (stove). Serve: With rice or side of your choice. Freeze: Can be frozen for up to three months.
