Balinese Peanut Chicken Curry with Caramelised Pineapple-(Gluten Free/Dairy Free
We have always made our satay chicken dish however we have made that one for the whole family. This curry however does have a little more heat and a few different flavours, when paired with the caramelised pineapple, make this a winner!!! * Please note: this meal may arrive fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
chicken thigh diced, pineapple, pumpkin, coconut cream, Red onion, brown onion, bok choy, peanut, Fish sauce, capsicum red, Coriander ground, cumin dried, turmeric ground, Ginger, curry powder, garlic, Red chilli, fennel, black pepper, Olive oil, cinnamon, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 4 minutes. Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve: With rice or side of your choice.
