Tuna Bake with Hidden Vegetables
Along with the Mac and Cheese, these meals have been popular with our mini-Meraki's! We hide lots of vegetables in these (we even peel the zucchini!) so that they are getting at least 3-4 vegetables in this dish alone. * Please note: our meals are made fresh daily however due to demand, you may receive your family favourites fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
Macaroni, milk, Breadcrumbs (GF), tasty cheese, zucchini, tuna, cauliflower, pumpkin, corn, parmesan, flour, butter, Olive oil, sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Instructions: Defrost in refrigerator, then cover with foil and reheat in 180 degree oven for approx. 15 mins or until warmed through. Remove foil for last 5 minutes to brown. Freezer: Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
