Tomato, Bacon, Lentil and Lemon Soup

This soup is better than what you expect (well we think it is anyway!) Loaded with vegetables and lentils to keep you full for lunch or dinner. Perfect served with Greek yoghurt on a cold winters day.

Ingredients

Chicken stock, diced tomatoes, carrot, lemon juice, brown onion, bacon, red lentils, Olive oil, parsley, garlic, Chilli flakes, sea salt, black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 3 minutes.
Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5-6 minutes.
