The best way to ensure a chicken stays super moist during roasting is all about the brining! We take the whole chicken, remove nearly all the bones to make it easy to carve and brine over night. After this we marinate it in our own shawarma marinade for 24 hours. The chicken is then roasted to perfection, ready for you to warm and carve and serve with flatbread, rice and a cucumber tomato salad.

Whole size 20 Chicken, Apple cider vinegar, Salt, Water, Sugar, Red Onion, Cumin, ground, Garlic, Bay leaves, Smoked Paprika, Coriander, ground, Cinnamon, ground, Ground ginger, Cinnamon, ground.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost before reheating. To reheat: Remove from bag and place in preheated oven at 160 for 15-20 mins or until hot. Enjoy with flatbreads or rice pilaf, tahini and a fattoush salad!
