Butternut, Vegetable stock, Zucchini, Eggplant, Potato, Fennel, Carrot, Desi chickpeas, Extra virgin olive oil, Paprika, Garlic, Ground ginger, Coriander, ground, Cumin, ground, Cardamom, Chilli Flakes, Lemon juice.

Preparation and storage notes

Once defrosted, Heat gently in the oven in the tray on 160 degrees until hot, or microwave for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with cous cous.
