Our classic apple pie. London Pippin apples macerated in sugar and spices wrapped in Luther's flaky house-made puff pastry. Best served with ice cream! This pie is all about the apples. Sourced from Zooie's Apples on Mornington Peninsula, we use a London pippin variety, known for it's sweet and sharp flavour that retains it shape and bite after cooking.

Stewed blueberry compote covered with thick buttermilk custard and wrapped in our house made puff pastry. This pie is a crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, balanced with sweet and tangy notes. Great on its own or with a scoop of ice cream.

Tangy poached rhubarb paired with lush vanilla creme patisserie custard and packed in our flaky puff pastry. All made in house!

Gooey sticky date pudding, salted butterscotch sauce and vanilla creme pâtissière custard, all wrapped in a sweet buttery puff pastry pie! Sweet, decadent and made in house.

Sour pitted cherries with a maraschino cherry sauce and buttery puff pastry. Goes great with a scoop of vanilla or dark chocolate ice cream. Think black forest gateuax vibes :) We do our best to avoid pits, but sometimes they sneak their way in. Consume with care!

Our last pie for the season. Raspberry compote, coconut custard and puff pastry topped with coconut crumble. Made in house. Great or its own or paired with ice cream. Dairy, gluten, egg (washed on top. Please note there is no egg in the custard).
