Self-raising flour (Wheat), Brown sugar, Chocolate sauce (Raspberry pudding) [Water, Brown sugar, Cocoa], Cocoa, Milk, Eggs, Butter (Milk), Raspberries

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Egg, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

MICROWAVE
1. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave.
2.Cook on HIGH for 5 mins.
3.Remove from microwave.
4.Stand for two mins.

OVEN
1.Pre-heat to 180°C.
2.Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3.Cook for 20 mins.
4.Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid. Return to oven and continue to cook for a further 10 mins.
5.Remove from oven.
6.Stand for two mins.

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
