Eggplant, Tinned tomato, Pitted olive, Red onion, Currants, Capers, Celery, Oilve oil, Garlic, Sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat defrosted caponata over medium heat until warmed through (add water or stock if too thick). Serve with toasted pine nuts and rocket.
