Pearl Barley Risotto
Versatile vegetarian dish made with pearl barely and mushroom. Served as a side dish or on its own with fresh baby spinach and parmesan.

Ingredients
Water, Mushrooms, Pearl barley, White wine, Brown onion, Butter, Chicken stock powder, Oilve oil, Garlic, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Warm risotto gently in a pot over low heat and add a small amount of hot stock or boiling water if required. Serve with grated parmesan and baby spinach.
