A mild lamb curry braised in a coconut sauce and seasoned with mild aromatic Indian Spices. Slowed cooked with spinach and tomato for tender flavourful dish.

Lamb, Tinned tomato, Coconut cream, Korma curry paste, Brown onion, Silverbeet, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat defrosted curry gently in heavy bottomed pan until hot. Serve with rice or cous cous and fresh coriander.
