A classic dessert consisting of a moist date sponge with lots of delicious caramel toffee sauce. Serve warm with vanilla bean ice-cream.

Brown sugar, Butter, Dates, White sugar, Plain flour, Cream, Eggs, Baking powder, Vanilla essence, Bicarb soda.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat defrosted pudding in moderate oven for 20 minutes or until warmed through.
