A lovely, flavoursome pearl cous cous & family staple that will go with just about anything. This cous cous is surprisingly packed with a punch. It's COLOURFUL, ZESTY & FRESH! Perfect with any slow cooked or braised meat as something extra special on the plate.

Vegetable Stock, Pearl cous cous, Lebanese cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Sultanas, Walnuts, Honey, Continental Parsley, Butter, Flat Leaf Parsley, Dijon Mustard, lemon juice, Olive oil, Garlic, Lemon zest, Mint Bunch, Salt, Pepper, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep refrigerated and serve cold when required and add your favourite dressing. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm and pop some butter through for taste. Use within 5-7 days of receiving.
