Pasta Poetry - Lasagna Ragu Bolognese
Each sheet of pasta is crafted from flour, eggs and glorious green spinach. Between each layer of pasta lie dollops of bechamel, as well as the Pasta Poetry signature ragu which follows the time-honoured method of slow cooking. Pasta Poetry's chefs have selected Victorian pork and Angus beef to give the ragu extra depth of flavour.
Ingredients
Milk, Tipo 00 flour, Beef, Pork, Onion, Celery, Pancetta, Egg, Spinach, Carrots, Tomatoes, Salt, Black pepper, Butter, Nutmeg, White wine, Vegetable Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 190°. Heat lasagna until hot all the way through, cooking until corners are crisp, or to your own taste. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
